Hi everyone! I am currently living in a 2 bedroom flex in a 4 floor walkup in the Nomad area. My current roommate is moving out in February and I need someone to fill the flex bedroom. Rent would be 1825 for you and 1925 for me. I am very clean and respectable of you and your space. I am usually in bed at a decent hour and don't have a ton of guests over all the time other than my current boyfriend occasionally. I am also currently working a Hybrid Research Manager position at an expert network firm so I will be in office half of the week and working from home the other half.
