Hi ! My name is Taylor (25 F). I’m a Web Designer so I work remote—I’ll likely be in my room most of the time working, taking meetings and listening to music (I’m def a workaholic) however I also like to be social! I’m active in the gym so when I go out I’ll probably be going for a run, yoga, gym or occasionally going out to festivals, etc. I go to sleep pretty early (around like 9:30-11) so I’d prefer someone who is similar if possible or at least relatively quiet at night.

I’m super easy going and enjoy good energy and vibes! I like to have things clean but I’m not so OCD where things need to be perfect 24/7–I know life happens. I’ll respect your things and your space and clean up after myself in common areas. My only nonnegotiable is I would prefer someone who is non-smoking/ doesn’t smoke in the house.

I am in a long distance relationship so my boyfriend would hardly ever come to the house but when he is in town he’ll likely stay a few days. On the other hand if I go to visit him you’ll have the house to yourself for a few days! Overall just would like a roomate I’m compatible with, get along with and can communicate well with.
