Looking for 1-3 people to join forces and start a house in the Castro. Hoping to find fun and adventurous people new-ish to the city, or still willing to explore as I'll me moving up from LA and doing plenty of exploring myself. Not hard sold on a neighborhood, but walking distance of the Castro is a must.
A little about me, I'm a 29 year old who is equally likely to be found dancing till 2am in WeHo or reading in the park. I'll be working from home primarily so I like to keep my space very neat and clean. I stay fit by playing tennis and running (and tons of skiing in the winter). I enjoy cooking and LOVE hosting, but going out equally as much. Very social person and I hope you will be too! I have tons of furniture, so regardless of your current housing situation, I'm sure we can make something work.
I don't like to establish hard and fast rules for a home and instead try and live by two principals: open communication and courteousness. If there is a problem, even if something just annoys you, voice it immediately so we can fix it. As far as chores, I think the one who cares about the chore should do it (Which is almost always me because I really care to be clean and neat). I'm fine with an unbalanced household workload and I'm fine taking the lion's share because it's important to me.
Looking for a move in date between June 1st and August 1st. Budget is very flexible and I'm willing to make just about anything work with the right people.
