I have a sweet tiny dog that goes everywhere with me. I work daily as a pilates instructor and for my family business. Also, I go sleep over my boyfriends place at least twice a week. As you can see I am always on the go. I keep the indoor temp pretty neutral and can discuss keeping the temp between 70F-74F, and between 68F-73F at night with my future roommate (no higher or lower than that please the AC works too well lol). When the air quality outdoors is "Unhealthy" or too hot (over 84F) , I prefer the windows closed and AC on. I usually keep to myself bc I am always rushing off somewhere but am friendly if my roommate wants to chat and I'm free. In the apartment, we will split the cabinets and refrigerator space 50/50. Roommate must be okay with sharing that amount of space and be willing to discuss splitting of chores as I like to keep the common areas clean at all times.
My ideal roommate would be clean, love dogs, have a job, be independent, and has a support system of their own as I come home to destress and rest and can't promise I will always be around to solve their problems or listen to them. I'm sweet and caring, I just can't promise that amount of emotional support for who ever I'm living with.

Master bedroom w/ Private bathroom in DTLA Arts District with Free Parking
Hi there,
Looking for a roommate who is dog friendly for a beautiful master bedroom in the arts district. Room has a large closet, and large private bathroom. Apartment has hardwood wood floors, wonderful natural lighting, the living room is furnished but bedroom is not & I was able to get free parking for the first 6 months as well.
Inside the apartment there is also a washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher, and a balcony over looking the arts district and gets very pretty sunrise.
