Spacious cheap room in Astoria.

Hello !

My current roommate and I are looking to fill a room in Astoria! The total amount per month is 1,015. We are looking for someone to take the 3rd bedroom from February 1 to May 31st.

Electric is not included, water is included in the monthly rent and we have cable and WiFi setup if you would like either.

This is a large bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a dining room/ TV room and kitchen. The bedroom overlooks a quiet side street and has 2 side by side windows. There is also a large linen closet off the kitchen that is completely yours.

We have a dining room table, large TV, PS4, recliner and large couch in our very well lit common room. We keep a clean bathroom and kitchen.
We rarely cook so the kitchen can be fully yours practically!

The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the closest subway station which is the Astoria Blvd stop on the N/W train. We are also a 5 minute walk to Ditmars Blvd.
