Private 1/1 near Universal Orlando - Ready to move in!

Home is located right between Universal Orlando and Valencia West Campus and about 15 minutes from Downtown Olrlando. A single, private room is available with a private bathroom. The bedroom is currently utilized as a guest suite with both a bed and dresser however can absolutely be moved out for you!

I'm looking for another individual (or a couple) to join my household. I am 29 years old and work in hospitality, so I'm typically out of the house quite a bit (around 70 hours a week). Home is my place to unwind, and I'd love to find someone who's friendly, respectful, and looking for a comfortable place to call home. You'll be sharing the space with my two incredibly sweet and social kitties plus a beautiful patio that has some of the best sunset views :) If you think we'd be a good fit - please don't be shy!
