Low key, down to earth, get along with everybody, gregarious but also reserved. I like a clean place, I like a peaceful place. I keep aware of my footprint and effect I have on my surroundings. Have money in the bank to pay rent while I'm not working at the moment because of handling my father's recent passing and his estate.
