Looking for a female or male to take over my lease (someone in their 20's- mid 30's) - SHARED apartment; private bathroom. The lease ends March 7th 2020.
No couples, no kids.
Must pass a background check & credit check! Evictions and criminal records are not allowed.
2/2 apartment, on 3rd floor, located at Boynton Beach Blvd & Military Trail. You will share an apartment with a 27 year old female and her sweet pup. No cats! One pet is allowed and additional fees will be due unless it's a service animal.
Move in cost: $75 application fee to move in along with prorated rent.
Rent is $800-$810/mo includes trash valet, pest control, and water. FPL, WiFi & Cable are separate. You'll pay about $930/mo (estimate).
