Updated Bungalow, Exc Location with Happy Roommate

I am 24 yr old responsible man that is looking for a roommate to share my bungalow with my dog close to Willamette Falls Hospital in Oregon City. My dog is old and very friendly with humans but becomes stressed and grumpy with other dogs / cats so, to keep a happy situation, my future roommate cannot have a dog or cat.

I am outgoing, enjoy my independence and a relaxed and friendly vibe when I am home. I enjoy biking, RC cars, football games, and adventures exploring the PNW, photography and silly movies.I work locally and navigate being on the Autism spectrum.

A good fit would be someone that is active, employed / student, is optimistic about life and does not just use home as a place to stay in their room all the time. My last roommate just moved out of state, he worked FT, but we also shared some meals, watched a movie, or hiked on the weekends occasionally. Respect of peoples space and belongings is important to me.

My house / property is drug free, including legal recreational drugs and non smoking.

The room is 13 x 9.5 so about 135 sq ft with lots of natural light. It comes furnished with a queen bed, armoire, nightstand and dresser.
The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the bungalow, so there is privacy as well.
