The room can snugly fit a queen size mattress, desk and small-ish dresser, and has closet space. The rest of the apartment has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a *fairly* large bathroom, and a spacious open floor plan for dining, living, and extra. There's two coffee shops nearby, a few bus routes within ~5min walking distance, and a dirt-cheap thrift store up the block.
