Hi, I'm Faith and I'm looking for someone to take my spot in a 2BR apartment in July. You would be be signing a 1-year lease to live with my current roommate Michelle, a 26yo Black grad student. You would have your own private room and bathroom, and the apartment also includes in unit laundry, dishwasher, AC/heat, and gym in building. It's located in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia and is right next to public transportation and a few basic stores. Rent is approximately $875 + utilities. Really great place, looking for someone who would be a good fit, especially if you're another Black grad student coming to the area. LGBTQ+ friendly.
