Hello!

Corrections for listing: Preferably one roommate 10/1/25--10/31/25, perhaps longer.
with flexibility through 5/30/26.
I am out of town at least one long weekend a month.
I have a part- time dog. I share custody with my mid size non shedding, hypoallergenic strawberry colored 10 year old labradoodle. (about 3 visits a month: 3 days each)

I prefer a quiet, busy person- open to socializing, but not neccessary.
I'm usually up early & to bed about 10:15 pm. However occasionally I'll have a later night out.
I have two daughters away- one in graduate school at The University of Chicago- the other a sophmore at Santa Clara University south of San Francisco.

I'm friendly and outgoing, live a healthy lifestyle in terms of food and activities: hiking, yoga, biking... reading and some streaming. I will focus on being neater to be a good apt mate.

The smaller room (with yellow quilt) about 9x10.5 -connected directly to the yard will likely be the one for rent, but I'll consider the larger one with bigger windows if my hybrid work schedule changes.

I would prefer for my apt mate not to have overnight guests, or reserve this primarily for the long weekends I will be out of town. I will also not plan to have someone else sleep over when we are both in town--unless agreed with apt mate in advance.

Would prefer to share cleaning responsibilities- or would consider a reasonable cleaning fee.
Wifi, Part Time doorman (M-F 2pm-10pm) elevator, small basement gym, private yard, public roof deck (comfortable furniture, good views) incredible location near Hudson River, the Battery and the East River, as well as the Hudson River Park & The battery Conservancy, World Trade Center fountains, Eataly, (2) WholeFoods, restaurants, Lots of trains, Path, Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn harbor tunnels, ferries.
