Corrections for listing: Preferably one roommate 10/1/25--5/15/26-5/30/26 , estimated dates.

The the smaller room connected directly to the yard will likely be the one for rent, but I'll consider the larger one with bigger windows if my work changes. However, I'll need both rooms (no share available) for 2.5 estimated weeks in Dec (12/6-12/20 estimate and perhaps 30/31-2nd) when my 2 daughters are on holiday from their college and graduate programs!
Thanksgiving tbd: estimate: I'll need the apt 11/22-11/25/25 (some flexibility as we also leave)

For These black out times away, rent will be almost non existent. There will be other times I will be away out of town.

I have a part- time dog. I share custody with my mid size non shedding, hypoallergenic strawberry colored 10 year old labradoodle. (about 3 visits a month: 3 days each)

I prefer a quiet, busy person that doesn't want the tv or streaming on very often. (best if done in their room on their computer versus the living room)
I'm usually up early & to bed about 10:15 pm. However occasionally I'll have a later night out.

I'm friendly and outgoing, live a healthy lifestyle in terms of food and activities: hiking, yoga, biking... reading more than streaming.

I would prefer no overnight guests, for either of us- but perhaps only occasionally if absolutely needed- not for relationship regular sleep-overs.

It may be possible to change this to a full subtlet- lease takeover- $6050 through 7/30/26
