Looking for gay friendly professional roommate ASAP
I just relocated to this area and I wanted a roommate just because I love people lol. My room is going for 650 a month which includes rant gas lights water trash. I am willing to do a biweekly payment or monthly payment if needed. There is a interview that will be taken place to those that have chose to put in an application to stay with me or even find the interest to want to be my roommate. Also there is a $200 deposit which is May as well as your move-in just to secure everything no you do not have to send it to me before you come or even move in but the day that you move in that is what is needed to get your key. The apartment is fully furnished as well as in the spare room there is a queen size bed that is in there with fresh sheets and a fresh cover set to whoever to use that room. I do have Wi-Fi and cable and also washer and dryer in my apartment. I am looking for someone that is social that is not worth the drama professional full-time job and also has his or hers own transportation. I’m also looking for someone that does not have a problem with guest being over as I don’t have a problem with guest being over as long as the guest clean behind him selves and you are responsible for your guest. You must be pet friendly because I do have a small dog. And I do stay up late at night so yeah if you’re one of those people that stay up and doesn’t mind I’m your person!!!😃 just a tourist back in there I am really friendly and I am really really really a comedian so yeah you guys were really love me
