Hey, I’m 25 and currently living the hybrid hustle—I work as a personal trainer and in the restaurant industry, and I’m also building a side gig as a DJ. That means my schedule can be a little unconventional, and yes, I’ve got some speakers (don’t worry—I’m mindful about volume and won’t mess with your sleep!).

I’m looking for a spot in South Scottsdale or nearby Arcadia. I’m a night owl, social but not a party animal, and I really value a home that feels comfortable, respectful, and relaxed. Cleanliness is important to me—it doesn’t have to be perfect, but I like to keep things clean and expect the same from whoever I live with. Disorganized? Sure. Dirty? Nope.

I smoke and drink occasionally, and I’m cool if you do too. I don’t mind having friends over (or you having yours), as long as we’re not disrupting each other’s rest.

Honestly, the roommate vibe is important—I’ve lived with people I didn’t connect with and it wasn’t for me. I’d love to be friends with whoever I’m living with—hang out, maybe hit the gym or catch a movie. I’m into fitness, music production, and chilling at home when I’m not working.

Biggest deal breakers? Lack of cleanliness, cat dander (I’m very allergic), and someone who’s not cool with music being part of the space now and then.
