Spacious, light-filled room for rent in our 3BR apartment in the LES from March 1-August 1, 2020 with an option to renew lease on August 1. The room can come furnished or unfinished and includes a bed, AC unit and fire escape access.

We’re located on a really quiet block at the end of Ludlow St, just up from Metrograph Cinema . Close to the B/D/F/M/J/Z trains and a 10min walk to East Village; 15 min walk to Soho.The apartment features a separate bathroom and shower (ideal in the mornings), as well as a sizable kitchen and fully-furnished living area - all newly renovated.

You would be sharing the common spaces with a fabulous Aussie girl and a chic guy from New Mexico. We are both busy professionals in our late 20s. We have a great living relationship and enjoy a nice relaxed vibe at home.

What We're Looking For: guy/girl, mid-20s-mid-30s who is clean, respectful & easy going. Ideally looking for someone more long-term, at least until the end of the year.

The Fine Print:
Rent is $1500/month (+ utilities - around $50/month for gas, electricity & Fios)
All bedroom furniture is available.

Move-in March 1 with first month's rent + one month's security deposit required. Total of $3,000 to move in.
