I just moved into my own apartment and need someone to fill my room in a three bedroom apartment for the remainder of the lease, with the option to renew. The lease ends at the end of October. The room is available February 1st (but move in date is flexible - could move in as early as this weekend).

About the Place:

1 room available in a 3 bedroom duplex apartment in a 4 story walk-up in prime Hell's Kitchen location. The apartment includes outdoor patio space, two bathrooms (one full and one half bathroom). There is a spacious, furnished living room and kitchen. The bedroom itself fits a queen sized bed and has full closet. There is also plenty of closet/storage space throughout the apartment. The furniture in the room is quite new and available for extremely cheap if you want the room furnished.

Rent is $1317 per month with heat and water included. Utilities are between $60 - $90 per month, depending on the time of the year.

About the Area:

The apartment is at the top of Hell's Kitchen near all major subway lines and a short 5 minute walk to Columbus Circle. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, and Broadway shows in the area.
