Looking for a female roommate to join a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Mooney’s Bay with four female students in their 3rd year of studies at uOttawa and Carleton currently living there.
About the house:
- $765/month, includes all utilities and wifi
- In-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and three fridges
- Garage fits one car and driveway fits four
- Pictures are from when we first moved in but the house has been decorated since then
- For uOttawa students, about a 25 minute commute to campus
- For Carleton students, less than a 15 minute walk to the O-train straight to Carleton or 20 mins by bus
- Nearby restaurants and fast-food, close to Walmart
- Cute and cozy home in a safe family neighbourhood
- Lots of parks and walking trails nearby. Close to Mooney’s beach for the summer
- Lease could start August 1st or September 1st.
