Outside of work, I’m into gaming, history, and tending to my little raised-bed garden by the coast. I keep things clean and respectful, and I’m looking for a roommate who does the same. Hi everyone! Looking for one (1) grad student or young professional to fill a room in a 3 bed / 2 bath townhome starting in early to mid-September.
We're located in La Jolla Scenic Heights—just a 5-minute walk to UCSD (Revelle/Eighth Colleges) and 15 minutes to Scripps/Salk, with easy access to UTC, Ralphs, and Trader Joe’s. It’s ideal for someone who works or studies at UCSD or one of the many biotech companies in the area. If you’re interested after a reading, there’s a short form at the end which you can fill out. IF we think you fit our vibe, we’ll reach out for either an in-person meetup or a Zoom call!

• House: Located on a quiet, dead-end street in a residential neighborhood with families, older couples, and a few other student/young professional renters. The house is furnished with a mix of landlord-provided and housemate-provided furniture.
• Room: ~11' x 10'. Fully furnished with a full-size bed, desk, wardrobe, and large closet. The bathroom is in the hallway and shared with one other (male) housemate.
💰 Rent & Utilities:
• Rent: $1500/month + $900 security deposit. Paid directly to the landlord.
Minimum lease through June 2026 (HOA requirement).
• Utilities:
– Electricity: ~$60–100/month (SDGE TOU-EV5 rate plan)
– Internet: $25/month (Spectrum, 400 Mbps service)
– Water/sewer/HOA fees (includes access to pool and tennis courts) are covered in rent
