Hi Girlies! :) My name is Amber, I am 24 years old and am looking for a dependable & clean roommate to move in by July 1st. I just got notice from my current roommate that she is leaving. I love going out for adventures and always down for whatever! I am a Medical Assistant and work M-F. You’ll find me playing video games, watching movies, or just chilling in my room in the evenings. On the weekends, I will either be gone visiting my boyfriend or friends, or my boyfriend will be over during the weekends. I am a clean person (kind of have OCD) and would like the house to stay maintained. I expect my roomie to pick up after herself, help me with chores on the weekends, and go half on bills straight down the middle (Internet, Electric, and Rent- WSG is already included in Rent.) I do have a dog, Lily is a 9 year old Pomchi. She is friendly however be aware that she does bark every time you enter the apartment. I am 420 friendly, I am an occasional smoker myself. I do not tolerate Cigarettes or heavy drinking. I do not want parties at the Apartment. I am a super chill person, friendly but shy at first. I am hoping to establish a great and trusting friendship along the way! :) I am always on time for bills, have a excellent credit score, and financially responsible. All bills are through my name, so I would expect you to send your portion to me.
