Upper floor in a big house. Sunny rooms, wood floors. Large shared living room. Available rooms are on one side of the apartment so quite private. Tenant will have two rooms and share kitchen and bathroom. Lots of space in a quiet Newton neighborhood for a great price.
There is space for storage in both attic and basement. Laundry is in basement - new machines and no extra cost. There is space to park in the driveway or on the street.
