Juan C - $663/month

About Me

Hi! I am Juan, I am currently in search of two roommates to rent out the other 2 bedrooms in my 3 bedroom apartment in Elmhurst, Queens. Both rooms are very spacious, one has access to our patio which is really nice! The kitchen is very cozy and acts as our shared space, that being said - cleanliness is super important.

Location: 2nd floor Apartment of 3 family house in Elmhurst, Queens. 10 Min walk from Grand Ave R/M Train // 15 min walk from Junction on the 7 line. There are a lot of buses close by, q58/59/72.

About me: I am a 24 year old man, currently studying at Queens College and I run a small youth athletics company. I am also a musician, and spend a lot of time making music and immersed in creative projects. I enjoy to cook and will probably make food for you.

About you: You are a liberal, lgbtq+ friendly, responsible, and considerate…. basically you shouldn't be an asshole. Having friends over is totally cool, but we have to be respectful of the people who live below and above us. That being said, no parties and volume needs to wind down towards the evening.

Tell me about yourself! What do you do? What are some of your hobbies? How long-term are you looking to rent?

Price: $663.00 Rent + Utilities which usually comes down to about 60/70 per person (includes internet and house supplies). If the place is for you then, you would need to have first month's rent plus security deposit which is also $663.00.

(PS, I have lived in the apartment for three years and in that time lived in both of the rooms that are up for rent, I am going to be moving into the 3rd bedroom now that my roomies are leaving so the pictures I am posting are of the rooms when I was living in them)
