My roommate and I have a room available for rent in our beautiful three bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn that is just a five minute walk to the N/R and 40 minute train ride to Manhattan. The apartment is newly renovated with fresh paint, new appliances in the kitchen and a brand new bathroom. There is also a rather spacious living room. There are various grocery stores just a block away as well as laundromats. The area is known to be very safe and usually occupied by families. Beatrice and I are going to be students at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts starting January. We are both very studious but like to have fun and explore the city in our free time.
