Seeking someone to occupy my empty room in my two bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Toronto 15 minute walk from the Eaton centre at Sherbourne and Wellesley. Apartment and room is fully furnished, all dishes kitchen appliances provided, wifi, hydro and utilities are paid by myself the lease holder, you pay a flat rate of $1100 per month. There is a newly built freshco grocery store below us as well as shoppers drug mart, timmies, library, community centre, subway station is a five minute walk. I am very kind and outgoing but do seek a quiet roommate as I work in education and value a calm safe space to come home to.
