Logan Square 2-bedroom to be shared with roommate and cat, both cute quiet and tidy. One year lease starts March 1, 2022. Responsible, communicative, all-around great landlord and nice Chicago neighborhood. $760/month. Street parking easy with permit, parking space available for $100/month.
Conveniently located:
- 15 minute walk to train
- 5 minute walk to Armitage and Kimball busses

Also walking distance to Ground Control, Lotteria, Damn Fine Coffee Bar, and many more Armitage restaurants. Walking distance from grocery, Walgreens, convenient stores, and the wonders of Logan Square.
Utilities:
We split gas, electricity, internet, 50/50. Central heat is keeping it toasty this winter. Window A/C cools the apartment well in the summer.
Laundry:
Laundromat nearby, but no laundry on site yet. The landlord plans to install laundry in the basement this year.
Shared Bathroom:
Yes—this gorgeous space has only one small bathroom. However, this efficient bathroom gets cleaned and sanitized at least every other day—sometimes every day. Your roommate does not spend much time getting ready in the bathroom—she stores her toiletries in her room. In and out!
