Hello! My name is Melissa and I am a PhD student in French at CUNY's Graduate Center. I am looking for a subletter for my room in a lovely 3-bedroom apartment in Prospect/Lefferts Gardens. The room and common spaces are all fully furnished, and the apartment is just blocks away from the subway and from Prospect Park.
The sublet term as of now is October - May, but there is a lot of room for flexibility on either side of those dates.

Apartment and Room Details
My roommate and I have been living here for the past two years, and the apartment was newly renovated when we moved in. It's still in pristine condition, with brand new appliances (including that dreamy in-unit washer/dryer). We have fallen in love with the neighborhood, which is technically Lefferts Gardens but just next to Prospect Park. The neighborhood is lively, with a mix of people, restaurants, cafés, fun bars etc. It's a block from the Q/B trains and a direct line to Manhattan and major connection hubs.
We are looking for a subletter to rent a fully furnished room. The sublet timeframe is flexible but will preferably be October 2022 - May 2023. The room will have a full-sized bed, a desk, and bookshelves.
The common spaces are spacious and kept clean and tidy. The kitchen opens into the living space, with lots of room and sunlight, and the bathroom has a shower/deep bathtub combination. The bedroom will not be furnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.
