My home is tucked in a quiet, scenic neighborhood surrounded by water, fresh air, and beach views. If you love relaxing walks, sunlight, and a laid-back vibe, you’ll feel at home instantly. The private beach access is honestly one of the best parts — it feels like a hidden getaway without ever leaving the city.
Inside, the space is cozy, clean, and always maintained. You’ll have your own private room, a clean bathroom (your own or shared depending on the room), and shared access to the common areas. Street parking is easy, and public transportation is close by for a smooth commute to anywhere you need to go.
I work hard to keep the home peaceful, welcoming, and drama-free. If you’re someone who values respect, cleanliness, and good energy, we’ll get along great. My goal is to make sure whoever moves in feels safe, comfortable, and supported — this is a home, not just a room.
I’m looking for someone responsible and easygoing… and most importantly, someone who wants a comfortable, stress-free living situation with a host who actually cares.
