I'm looking for a clean, respectful roommate who wants a sanctuary, not a party house -- I'm 1.5 yrs sober and the apt is dry for the most part. Alcohol can be enjoyed occasionally, but you can't keep a bar/wine cellar here. A bottle of wine kept in your room is ok. Sorry no 420. Party doesn't start here and doesn't come home with you.

I keep common areas clean, but not in an obsessive way. Passive aggressive behavior -- c'mon, let's be adults and talk. Respect my space/things and I'll do the same.

Private bedroom in 2 bedroom apt - E. Williamsburg, amenities, great location

For respectful adults only - I have a room! It has an armoire, large closet, and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. There is a balcony attached to the room with views of the city. Lots of light. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi, central air. Split utilities. Full kitchen with all the bells and whistles.

My room is on the floor above, so there's a good deal of personal space for both of us. I don't spend hours in the bathroom. Alcohol can be enjoyed occasionally, but you can't keep a bar/wine cellar here. A bottle of wine kept in your room is ok. Sorry no 420 in the house. Party doesn't start here and doesn't come home with you. Must be LGBTQ friendly.
