Amaris K - $1,400/month

Hi! My name is Amaris and I’ll be graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno in May and was planning on moving to NYC in either May or June 2021. I know it’s pretty far in advance but I decided to start looking now! I’m looking to have 1-2 roommates and I haven’t completely decided which area yet but I’ve been looking at Midtown West, Midtown East, Murray Hill, Financial District, but I’m not super picky what area it is as long as its fairly safe. I’m a pretty easy-going roommate, I like things to be clean but a little mess here and there doesn’t bother me.

I like to go out on the weekends and I love going out to eat and exploring new places around the city and would love to have roommates that I can hang out with! I don’t have guests over all the time but every once in a while I like to have wine nights or game nights. I will be working a typical 9-5 job, and I usually go to bed kind of late but I wake up pretty early every morning.
