Private room and bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in the Millenia area. Gated community with multiple pools, gym, free parking, onsite restaurant/bar and market. Walking distance to Publix and a 5 minute drive to the mall/tons of restaurants and stores. 10-15 minute drive to downtown.

7 month lease beginning in June (with possible pro-rated earlier move in in May).

Rent is $874.50, plus WiFi which is $37.50 each a month and utilities which average $70-100 each a month (so around $1000/month total).

I do have a cat so must be okay with animals.

Bedroom is unfurnished. Open to you bringing furniture for the shared space if needed…current roommate that is leaving will be taking some things with him so there will be some space.
