Hi guys! My current roomie just got engaged and moving out, looking for someone to take over her room for the upcoming lease term starting last week of August. The place/staff is great and I’ve lived here a few years now, hard to beat!

$~1000 / month excluding electricity/internet.

Located in the heart of river oaks, our apartment is right across the street from Buffalo Bayou Park and walking distance to restaurants, bars, Whole Foods, pilates studio, shops, and more.

It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with shared balcony and washer/dryer. The master is now available (shown in pictures), with a private bathroom and 2 closets including a walk-in one.
