I'm looking to sublet my room with a private bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment with my roommate Nick (22 y.o. law student) at Apollo Midtown (about a 6 minute walk from Vanderbilt) starting ASAP for $1,150. The lease goes through May 11. If you or anyone you know is interested, let me know! Willing to leave all my furniture as well, and the living and dining rooms are fully furnished. I had to withdraw from classes due to a family emergency, so the sooner someone takes over my portion of the lease the better!!!
