Available Room for Rent

1920s craftsman, double room for rent

We are 3 individuals looking for somebody rad to rent a quirky ground floor double room. No carpets. Windows face north and west.

House is supremely located for the price, close to I-5, west seattle bridge, 509, etc. Plenty of parks and 5 mins to the junction/white center/sodo. Right on a busline. Safe neighborhood.

Huge yard, 3 fruit trees, garden beds, firepit, outdoor grill.

House has two living rooms! Large dining room, sitting room etc. Etc. Its kooky, but we love it!

We have 2 kitties, they are lovely but any additional pets are case by case basis. We've been burned by a dog owner before, so we are fairly hesitant to allow other animals.
