This is a beautiful room in a co-op building in the Fieldston area of Riverdale. Back entrance of the building is steps away from the 242nd Street 1 train stop on Broadway and Van Cortlandt Park. Convenient commute to anywhere on the upper west side, about 30 minutes to West 72nd Street on the subway. Room is fully furnished and not suitable for someone with a lot of possessions. It includes a queen-sized bed, a desk, a small sofa, a 50-in Sony TV, and a large IKEA armoire. There is also a small refrigerator and a microwave. The apartment is shared but I am away a fair amount at my house in Virginia. There is significant privacy given the apartment layout and a long hallway separating the bedrooms. I am a female working professional with two dogs, a beagle mix and a small Jack Russell terrier. Laundry is in building basement. Rent is as listed plus 1/2 utilities and internet. 1 month deposit is required. Term is negotiable.
