My partner and I are looking for a third roommate to fill a 1 bad/ 1 bath in a 3 bed/ 2 bath house. Monthly rent for the room would be $950 along with extra cost of (utilities ~$66, google fi ~$23, and gas ~$32)

- Shed for extra storage
- Located In a very walkable neighborhood, close to major highways (290 & I-35) and transit (bus 10, 337 to acc, and 300)
- 5 minutes to shopping (Windsor park-Target, Mueller- HEB, Marshalls, and many food options.)
- ~10-15 minutes to Downtown, ~15 minutes to the Domain.
- Lease will end as of 6/30/23, with the option to renew

About the room:

- Flexible move In, available as of- 2/1
- Attached bathroom
- Decent sized closet, along with hallway storage space

- Have a good sense of responsibility

- Be an employed professional or actively enrolled in school.
- Would prefer someone older or in our age range

About me:
I’m a 24 year old young professional, currently attending classes at Acc! I’ve lived in Austin for about 3 1/2 years now, I love to still get out and try new things when I’m not busy with school or work. Currently transitioning to working remotely from home, I’d describe myself as an introvert who can be extroverted once we get comfortable with each other!! I enjoy anything pertaining to health, fitness, herbalism or a good routine.
