Room+Living room

I have a 2 story home in Lakewood Forest that I’m looking to get a roommate for. The room upstairs has a walk in closet, upstairs guest bath that isn’t shared and a large room that I’ve converted into a second living room (this will also be private). I have a corgi beagle mix and 1 cat. I also travel pretty frequently during the week so part of the trade off will be keeping the animals alive while having majority of the home to yourself. I’m very clean and want someone with the same mentality. Rent covers utilities with the exception of electric and water (only if they drastically increase. I will cover if they stay close to where they are now).

Trying to keep the plants alive. Any green thumbs out there?

Smart tv for outside movie nights or pool nights

Available room is furnished- has recliner, smart tv (not very big) and walk in closet

Upstairs guest bath. Only used by guests

Upstairs room across from bedroom. Converted to a living room (couch is so comfy!). Tv is moved outside but will most likely replace soon.

Outdoor patio for hanging out. Also have a big table, a gas grill and a hammock.
