Classic brownstone in Park Slope, one of the best neighborhoods in NYC. The apartment is a 2-floor duplex located on the top 2 floors of a 4 story brownstone. Quiet, filled with light, and super clean.

I am only there 2 nights a week so the place would be practically yours. My home base is in upstate NY, but i travel back to the city for work each week midweek. Rarely if ever there on weekends. Me and my family (wife and 2 kids) used to live there full time, but we all moved upstate during covid and decided to stay.

Fully furnished and recently beautifully renovated. The master bedroom (your bedroom) has an ensuite full bathroom for your privacy.

The apartment comes complete with everything you need. All utilities, linens, washer/dryer, wifi, cable, all streaming services (netflix, hulu, apple tv, prime, direct tv, max, disney+) included. Super easy, convenient, and a good fit for a professional, like me, who wants a clean and quiet space.

I am flexible for the duration of your stay. Ideally it would be a min of one year, but am open to shorter term engagements if the person is the right fit.
