Maple Leaf Room for Rent
Unfurnished room available on main level. Approx. 10' X 13'. House has a large backyard and porch, two bathrooms, large living area, in-house laundry, and shared kitchen. Additional storage downstairs available too. Common spaces are mostly furnished; we have lived here for over two years now and love the house!
A little about us, we are three young professionals with full time jobs, one of us is a full time student as well. We share the house with one cat. We all love to cook and occasionally have roommate game nights. Two of us work from home often, there is potential to create a shared home office.
A little more about us:
Kat (25, she/they): I'm originally from Olympia, and moved to Seattle two years ago after graduating from Western. I teach 5th grade in Kirkland, and in my free time I enjoy cooking, playing board games, reading, yoga, and getting outside.
Sarah (26, she/her): I'm a Seattle local and work from home most days as a consultant. I have one more year of my MBA program. I have many hobbies, including gardening, volunteering, hiking, crafting, and more.
Anna (27, she/her): I'm a Civil Engineer and a Seattlite, I love cooking, gardening, playing board games, live music, and hiking.
Louie (1, big/man): Big orange cat.
Maple Leaf is a great location, easily walk to Greenlake or Northgate. The neighborhood is relatively quiet with great neighbors. Transit to downtown and other areas is close by with the Northgate transit center and link station opening up soon.
Rent is $775/ month plus utilities starting August 1st 2021 for a one year lease to start. We all split utilities and chores evenly. First, last, and security deposit needed. Two recommendations recommended. Please contact via email if interested, we will be conducting initial interviews via video conference.
