Sean C - $1,750/month

Hello New Yorkers! My name is Sean and I just got a job in Tarrytown and am looking to move to NYC from Cleveland. I am specifically looking at Long Island City and have already picked some places out (DM and like if interested!). I will be driving up from Cleveland on Sunday (the 8th) to look at apartments until Wednesday (the 11th). My budget is about $1500-$1600 a month for my portion of the rent, and am willing to spend up to $1800 for a perfect place. I am 22 and just graduated with a Biochemistry degree from John Carroll University. I am a registered EMT, a great cook, and love to go out (I'm a night owl). I am pretty clean and tidy, which I'm flexible with as long as shared spaces are pretty clean. I am preferably looking for a fellow LGBTQ male to room with, but that's not a must (however, must not be homophobic though!). Can't wait to get out of the Midwest and into the city that never sleeps! Thank you all
