1st of all let me say this site is somewhat limited in that the choices don’t allow for many variables. In terms of where I’m looking to live temporarily, ideally I would love to be in the Uptown Dallas area. I don’t know all of the local names of neighborhoods so I only checked a few but truly prefer to be closer to the uptown area and also close to the Dallas Love airport. I do know the area of Farmers Branch as well as Plano and some others but would ideally love to find a room in Uptown Dallas for now. I am happy to answer any and all questions so please do take the time and make an effort to ask me! I am not exclusively looking to live with a female though I find it to be preferable to sharing a place with another guy. I’m not looking for a relationship and often won’t even be around. I am not all to myself and would certainly be willing to go get food together once in a while. The questions asked on this app are so black and white or all or nothing. I’m very easy going and like my privacy but I’m friendly and always willing to help out. Let’s talk and see if we would be a good match to share a space?
I am a salt n pepper haired guy with a young outlook and personality who loves to snow ski and pretty much all sports! Prefer to play sports and not at all into watching them on TV except the occasional Dallas Stars Ice Hockey games. I’m into Horses and Dressage and Open Jumpers but haven’t had that in my life now for at least the past 10 years and truly miss them! I am involved with an amazing woman who is an RN and does the travel nurse thing. She’s and I have been in NJ the past 2 years more or less and I am wanting to come back to Dallas to get back to working. I had to take several years off from my usual work to rehab from a seriously rough cancer diagnosis and treatment. I’m finally ready to get back to working and need a place to temporarily call home as I begin to transition back to Texas full time so that I can attempt to get back to work finally! This transition may take me 2 or 3 months but could also end up taking up to 6 months? As I transition to TX I will still spend considerable time outside of Texas, so if I was to rent a room from you, i will often be away. I am doing this roommate thing since I need the stability of having a home base located in Texas and it would also help to develop some social connections in the Dallas area since we’ve been away the past 4 years. I am mostly easy going, but admittedly self-aware enough to know I have some OCD and type A tendencies with certain projects. My work demands that of me and so it works in my favor mostly. I tend to live life with fervor and don’t mind if some view me as a little bit “different” Lol… I am respectful and love to learn. I enjoy educational TV, historical or documentaries are awesome! But some of my fav shows are “24” “Blacklist” pretty much all great action movies! “House of Cards” and the list is endless… one of my favorite stand-up comedians is John Pinnette. If you haven’t seen him? Do so! He’s awesome! Lots more to tell but limited space and feel speaking with someone can offer so much more insight for each other.
