Hello!! I'm looking for a roommate to join for a year long lease! It's a 2bd 1ba between Gramercy Park and East Village! It’s quiet and safe, and less than a block away from the L subway stop on 14th and 1st, several major bus lines, and Stuytown! Both bedrooms have big windows and get great natural light! This past year I have been in the smaller room and I have honestly loved it - photos don’t do it justice, it feels much bigger than it sounds (especially because of the windows) and the exterior closet rack works great and will remain available for whoever rents the room if they want it. The apartment is in an amazing location where you can really easily get around the city, near a lot of fun restaurants/bars/coffee shops but on a quiet block.

August 1st for a 12 month lease!

Rent is $2,000 plus the deposits to add you to the lease.
