I’m a very clean high maintenance individual who likes to keep a nice place, I operate my own detailing service, I jus most recently had a ex girlfriend cheat on me and is refusing to pay the rent until the end of the lease which is up in August. I can not afford both halves of the rent which is why I am looking for a roommate, I cook, clean and keep a nice environment in my living space.
