Working professional looking for a female or nonbinary roommate for the bedroom in our 1 bed/flex apartment - 1 year lease renewal. Looking for someone that will be clean, respectful, and friendly. My roommate is moving out of state and I'd love to stay here (I'm in the flex room).

The available room is a full bedroom with a closet and spacious (fits a queen size bed and desk) in an elevator doorman building with a rooftop, gym and pool. The apartment has 1 shared bathroom, a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher. Utilities are not included and there will be a 1 month's rent security deposit.

Transportation:
10 minute walk to the DeKalb stop - Q/B/R, Jay Street Metro Tech stop - A/C/F/R, York F trains, and multiple bus lines -B57 and B62.

5-7 minute walk to Wegman's
