I’m a 32-year-old recording engineer.. I’m clean, tidy, and professional, and the apartment is generally very quiet and kept clean at all times.

We prefer to keep the apartment as a peaceful space, so no parties inside. The rooftop is a great spot if you’re looking to entertain.
