I'm a female York University student in my 20's. I'm pretty clean and quiet! I usually only hang out with friends outside of the house, and I maintain a fairly clean place. I like to be social with my roommates sometimes and hope we can be friends, but I'm very respectful of boundaries and try to maintain great communication! I'm also fully vaccinated (yay!). I'm hoping to find someone similar!

Here's what I'm looking for in a place:

Essentials:

- Clean, quiet, good area

- 2 bedrooms (no sharing!)

- Decent price

- Close to public transport

Ideal apartment

- CN Tower or Lake View (or any beautiful view!)

- Bright, big windows

- Amazing roommate (obviously)
