Looking for a suitemate to take the master bedroom in this two story, town house styled unit. The bedroom comes with two large closest and a view of the mountains. The unit itself has central A/C and heater, dishwasher, carpet upstairs and wood downstairs, a large patio, laundry on site, and 1 parking spot. I am in the corner of the building so it's quite and we can be a little louder since it's more secluded.

I already have wifi setup at 400mbps and we don't have to pay for water. Trash is also taken care of by the owner. The unit comes with some furnishing in the downstairs only. I have a couch and some other random furniture.

Out of the 22 units in this community my unit is the largest and with the nicest amenities.

There is a downtown strip close by filled with restaurants and bars. A park is about 1 block away and the neighborhood is quite and safe. Looking for someone with a stable income and who is CLEAN.
