Prewar Central Harlem Bedroom with Closet and Great Natural Light
Looking for 3rd roommate (females only) to sublet in 3bed/1bath apartment. Comes furnished or unfurnished. Our place is a 3 min walk to the 2/3 and B/C (about 15 minutes to Midtown). Near Columbia University, Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, 125th Street shopping, The Studio Museum, The National Jazz Museum, and Whole Foods. It’s a rear apartment, so very quite. There's a huge window sill to overlooking the Chapel at City College and sizable closet—sunsets are beautiful! First and last months rent is needed for move in; w/ about 30-40 in utilities a month. Roommates are quiet, work in healthcare and child care; all COVID-19 precautions taken (one of us received both doses of the vaccine).
