Subletting a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, apartment in Dripping Springs

You're 30-45 minutes west of Downtown Austin, depending on traffic.

It's a 2-bed, 2-bath, third floor walkup (stairs only), in a gated community. You would be subletting from me until October, at which point you can take over the lease if you wish.

Single room is $700 per month, plus utilities. If you want to rent the entire apartment, $1400 per month, plus utilities. NO DEPOSITS REQUIRED. No first month/last month payments. Honestly just looking for the most hassle-free arrangement possible. My roommates and I already moved out, we're looking for someone to sublet too because the lease cancellation fee is absurd.

Washer and dryer are in unit. Trash is picked up by a company at your front door. Each room has a bathroom attached to it. Fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, all function. A/C works well.

Plenty of parking, it's a first-come-first-serve parking situation. There's a community pool, with no jacuzzi. There's a small gym in the leasing office. You're 5 minutes from HEB. You're 10-15 minutes from the Belterra Gold's Gym.
