1 Bedroom w Private Bathroom Utilities included!

Hello we are looking for a female to rent out our spare room. It comes with a private bathroom and a big walk in closet. We are looking for somebody who knows how to live well with others as we would be sharing the living room and kitchen so we want somebody who knows basic common respect. We are sober so it is a must that no alcohol or drugs are brought into our home. Smoking is okay out back. The room is fully furnished if you would like to use your own furniture then we ask that you help pay a portion of the storage cost to move our furniture into it while you’re here. Month to month to see how things go and make sure we all get along okay. The apartment complex is a resort style apartment with all the amenities such as, gym, multiple hot tubs and pools, sauna, steam room, gated entry with 24-7 security, a big private park that you can play tennis or pickleball or just to walk around and grill, also volleyball courts! There is a hot tub right outside of our room which is nice and many courtyards that are scenic and nice to walk around and look at. If you wish to check out the place it’s called the Medici. Move in ready for November 1st. First and last months rent is all we ask for. We also have a small teacup Yorkie so you have to be okay with dogs and not allergic or mean to them! Thanks in advance!
