It's a spacious 1,500 sq. ft. 3-bedroom apartment at the The Estuary in Chamblee, conveniently located near I- 285 and 1-85.

Rent is $750/month, with utilities typically running $80-$120. You'll have your own private bedroom and share a bathroom with just one other roommate.

The household is easygoing, respectful, and drama- free. Everyone has their own routines, but we're friendly and like having a good home environment. Most of the time it's fairly chill, though we do enjoy the occasional weekend get-together or night out, so we're looking for someone who's social when the moment calls for it but also appreciates a relaxed home.

I have a cat, and a strict no-kids and no-dogs policy (no offense!!).

Income verification is straightforward-but just taking time to find someone who'll be a great fit for the room
