I am relocating, and am looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom apartment in downtown Chicago! The location is UNBELIEVABLE - the apartment is on the 33rd floor directly overlooking Millenium Park and Michigan Ave. You are minutes away from the Loop, all major train lines, and dozens of incredible restaurants and attractions.
The apartment complex is called Millenium Park Plaza - http://millenniumparkplaza.com/apartments/
Your portion of rent is $1085 per month. The apartment comes with many amenities included, including a sundeck, indoor pool, fitness center, wifi and cable, and 24/7 front desk staff. Parking is available for an additional monthly fee.
The other two roommates are very easygoing, and tend to keep to themselves. One is a 28 year old female working in dental sales, and the other is a 23 year old male working in real estate. Ideally, they would like a female to move in, but may be open to a male if they are the right fit.
If you are interested, the room can come furnished for an additional cost.
I have paid rent for the month of October, but can move out as early as needed, and will negotiate a reduced rate with you for the month of October . The lease goes until July 31st, 2018.
